By undertaking a website or graphic design project with Cinnamon Design Ltd, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
Cinnamon Design Ltd reserves the right not to construct a website which we may judge to be unfit, due to content or otherwise.
Cinnamon Design Ltd will initially place the website on a demonstration server so that the site may be viewed and checked before launch.
All material, both text and images supplied by the client and used in the construction of the client's website will remain the client's property. All such material will be assumed to be the property of the client and free to use without fear of breach of copyright laws.
It is the client's responsibility to ensure that any website is lawful, and that it does not infringe copyright or any other laws.
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless, Cinnamon Design Ltd from any and all claims resulting from the client's neglegence or inability to obtain copyright permissions. Evidence of permissions and of authorities may be requested
Cinnamon Design Ltd will not be liable for any costs incurred, compensation or loss of earnings due to the unavailability of the site, its servers, software or material provided by its agents.
Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that the website and any scripts or programs do not contain errors, Cinnamon Design Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any losses incurred should the website malfunction.
Cinnamon Design Ltd will work together with the client to complete the website in a timely manner. The client agrees to submit text and graphics content within 2 months of the start of the project.
Client's updated pages
Cinnamon Design Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any alterations made by third parties to the client's pages once placed. Such alterations include, but are not limited to, additions, modifications or deletions.
Terms of payment
Our terms of payment are 30 days from date of issue of invoice. Invoices will be sent out once the site has been approved.
